These Privacy Terms are an official document that forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Meklip website, governing the relationship between the Owner of the brander.ua website and its Users with regard to the list of confidential information, methods of its collection, storage, processing, disclosure, analysis, and processing, and ensuring security in connection with and during the use of the Meklip website.

• Third-party materials.

This includes, in particular: data, products, content, intellectual property created, published, or otherwise originating from third parties other than the User and/or the Owner of Meklip.

• Information about the User’s account/User.

This includes, in particular: information that is obtained/collected in one way or another about IP addresses, types of devices from which Meklip is used, the time and frequency of visits to the brander.ua website, the geolocation of the User and devices, metadata, reviews, ratings, feedback posted by the User, received from other Users/third parties.

Purposes of information collection

Information is collected to ensure:

• the fulfillment of tasks from the User;

• the provision of technical support to Users in the process of using Meklip;
• administration of Meklip;
• ensuring compliance with the Meklip Terms of Use;
• analytics of accumulated, depersonalized, and anonymized information to improve and optimize service quality, the results of which may be used by the Owner of Meklip to optimize Meklip and improve the service provided.
  At the same time, the Owner of Meklip undertakes to obtain from the User full, explicit, and comprehensive consent to the collection and processing of the requested data.

By using Meklip and setting relevant tasks on the brander.ua website, including tasks for data transfer, the User expresses their full and comprehensive consent to the collection and processing of the above-mentioned personal data of the User.

By accepting these Privacy Terms, the User confirms and agrees that the above data will be collected, processed, and stored on the servers of the Owner of Meklip. The collection, storage, processing, or any use of information for purposes other than those provided for in these Privacy Terms is strictly prohibited. Time of information collection

The owner of Meklip collects information at the time of:

• direct use of Meklip interfaces by Users;

• creating, uploading, and transferring data between Users or engaging in other communications involving them.

Disclosure of personal data

The owners of Meklip reserve the right to disclose the personal data of their Users to the following persons:

• third parties who are partners of the owners of Meklip and assist in the provision of the service (maintenance, support, hosting, database management, etc.). In this case, the information is disclosed solely for the purpose of providing the service, and the persons to whom it becomes available undertake not to disclose or use it outside the scope of these Privacy Terms;
• representatives of public authorities in response to their duly executed and justified request in connection with official procedures, investigations, if the obligation to disclose information is provided for by applicable law.

The disclosure, transfer, and exchange of personal information occurs only with the full, express, and comprehensive consent of the User. The User has the ability to prevent or stop the further transfer or exchange of personal information at any time.

Data storage and security

The owner of Meklip takes all necessary and objectively justified measures to protect user information from leakage, loss, illegal and unauthorized use. However, the User must also be aware that Meklip is publicly accessible online and, as such, may be subject to cyberattacks, viruses, and other similar negative phenomena, which does not guarantee the User absolute security of the service used. Meklip is used at their own risk, and the owners of Meklip are not liable for any harm/damage resulting from information and cybersecurity threats.

The User also understands that the applicable information security and data protection measures do not guarantee absolute protection of any information transmitted. Meklip owners are also not responsible for the actions of third parties to whom the User discloses or otherwise transmits information. Since Meklip operates globally, the User understands and agrees that personal information may be transferred to devices located in any other country in the world, with varying levels of data protection. By using Meklip, the User confirms and consents to such data movement.

Changing personal data

Users have the right to change, update, correct, and delete personal information at any time through Meklip. The user agrees that after deleting their data/content, copies of such data may continue to be stored on the server as a result of data backup for a certain period of time. However, the Owner [of the mobile application/website] is not obliged to store such data after the expiration of the Privacy Policy, and the User understands that upon termination [of account registration/use of the service], their data and content may not be stored.

Cookies
